General strategies for multilevel classes
Teaching Multilevel Adult ESL Classes (CAELA)
Groupings

Cross ability activities
Pictures/photos, movies (especially wordess), online field trips; jigsaw activities; games; dictation; creating posters, lists, art, and multimedia projects; LEA stories; interviews where one types answers; websites or tasks where both work together on answers or content development, and they divide computer work
Self-access materials
- formats: class website with links; handout, including answers as applicable, on computer
- review of class topics; writing assignments; readings at various levels; video/audio for listening practice; computer skill tutorials

Google Translate - very helpful for beginners to have access to online information that's too advanced for them.

Typing Web - free typing and keyboarding tutorials. Teacher can create class, track progress, view reports. Students can stop mid-lesson and continue from that spot later. Games, tests, and free certification. Also has paid version.
Typing Master - various paid products available, starting from $30. .
Museum of Fine Arts ESOL tours - move down the page to the section ESOL Tours for information on placing a request. Tour guides are always kind but vary in ability to work with ESOL students.
Weebly -- a relatively easy template-based website creation site. This link leads to a page with example sites and support information.
