System for Adult Basic Education Support, face-to-face and hybrid workshop and mini-course development and facilitation. Topics include foundations of ESOL instruction, writing, web-based resources, curriculum development, and more.

Massachusetts Worker Education Roundtable, developed curriculum for community members considering a career in the construction trades. Adapting curricula on workers' rights to make them accessible to ESOL learners.

Asian American Civic Association, instructional designer and web designer for Communicating at Work, an online multimedia course for ESOL learners.

El Dorado Marketing Group, Inc., instructional designer/ESOL specialist for Fortuna te Guia! Prospera en Estados Unidos en la Construccion, a multimedia CD course for aspiring construction workers.

Bristol Community College, instructional designer for online human services course aimed at developmental students.

New England Literacy Resource Center, ESOL at the Ready: Making Study Accessible, a presentation on teaching ESOL learners via enhanced distance-learning. 

First Literacy, mentor for ESOL programs.

ProLiteracy Worldwide, online professional development course and workshop creation and facilitation, including "Creating Engaging ESOL Activities Using Computers," Module I and Module II. Publication of"Web-based Visual Aids".

World Education/University of Michigan Press, co-authored Project Care: Health Care Case Studies, Multimedia, and Projects for Practicing English, a student workbook and companion website with case studies and projects focused on health issues.

Massachusetts Coalition for Adult Education, co-authored Your Government, Your Taxes, Your Choices: A Curriculum for ABE Students.

University of Michigan Press, co-authored Learning Computers, Speaking English. 

Massachusetts Department of Education, co-authored Computers in Action. Funded by a Massachusetts State Curriculum Frameworks grant. Voted a National Institute for Literacy hot site.
